2. Check the price within 30 days (60 days for Surface) of delivery date.
If we’ve lowered your item's price and it’s still in stock, your item is eligible for a price adjustment.*
3. Contact Microsoft Store Support to request a price adjustment.
We’ll check eligibility and credit your original payment method accordingly.

The Microsoft Store Price Promise is Microsoft’s promise to you that if the price of a physical product you purchased from us drops at Microsoft Store within 30 days (60 days for Surface) of your delivery date, you will be eligible for a price adjustment.*

Not available for purchases by reseller customers. Limited to 5 physical product returns total per eligible customer per purchase. Excludes Surface Hub, HoloLens, and Windows DevKit. - Low Price Promise: Valid on consumer purchases of physical products made at Microsoft Store online in the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada and at the Microsoft Experience Center in New York, NY, for 60 days from the date the customer receives the product (“Offer period”). Excludes Surface Hub, HoloLens, and Windows DevKit. Business, commercial, and reseller customers not eligible. Customer is eligible for price adjustment only if the price of the purchased product is reduced during the Offer Period and in stock. For purchases made at Microsoft Store, contact customer service at 877-696-7786 with order number and any other information requested by a representative. For purchases made at the Microsoft Experience Center in New York, Customer must return to the Microsoft Experience Center with receipt.
